A new season of COD Mobile is here, bringing yet another futuristic season in Cyber Mirage in Season 3 2025. Arriving on March 26, 2025, this season introduces a brand-new Wildcard system to both Multiplayer and Battle Royale, and alongside we have our usual additions, which I will discuss in this space.
Wildcards arrive in Multiplayer and Battle Royale modes
The biggest gameplay change this season is the introduction of?Wildcards, a feature that lets you tweak Loadouts in both Multiplayer and Battle Royale. If you’ve played Black Ops games before, you’ll recognize how Wildcards can change the way Loadouts function.

Both Multiplayer and Battle Royale modes will have this feature.
Wildcards in Multiplayer
In Multiplayer, Wildcards allow you to equip extra perks, attachments, or even a second primary weapon. A Wildcard slot is unlocked at?level 10. Here’s an overview of a few of them:
Wildcard | Description |
---|---|
Bomber | Equip an extra Lethal item. Works well with Demo Expert or Shrapnel. |
Tactical Shift | Equip an extra Tactical item. Stack with Tactician for three. |
Perk Greed | Equip an extra Perk. |
Overkill | Carry a Primary Weapon in the Secondary slot. |
Wildcards in Battle Royale
In Battle Royale, Wildcards work a bit differently. First, you begin the match by choosing from one of several preset Loadouts, each based on a Wildcard. Also, you’ll find them as loot during matches, where you can equip even three at a time. Here’s an overview of a few of them:
Wildcard | Description |
---|---|
Hawk’s Eye | Hit enemies to highlight them for a few seconds. |
Covert Action | Move quieter when not sprinting. |
Medical Kit | Heal when repairing armor. |
Armor Overload | Gain extra armor repair with each pack. |
Military Recycling | Chance to not use ammo when throwing grenades or firing launchers. |
Quick Recover | Heal faster and reduce cooldown for HP recovery. |
Wildcards serve as a good way to push your Operator performance.
